Kickboxing Grading!

Well youm can probably guess from the exclamation mark that I passed.
I am now a brown and white belt and that is only two more belts till black.

HES fes

Saturday:

On Saturday we arrived at HES fes 2009 (Home Education Summer festival) and put up our tents. At night there was a band on called Diego Brown and the Good Fairy.

Sunday:

On Sunday made a pencil pot in clay (pic 1)and went to the science tent and talked about x-rays. Later we did plaster carving. (pic 2) We also signed up for the kids cabaret with K's freind H. That night somebody burnt a toilet down. K + R said a man dropped a ciggarete down next to it and the wind caught it but other people said they saw someone setting it alight on purpose.

Monday:

There wasn't much to do today because of the fire but we were called to a meeting about it and the person said people would ask around for some coins to help raise enough money for a new toilet and also that the younger kids cabaret wou still be on (We were in the older but M was young enough.) That night M sang Micheal Jackson's Man in the Mirror and got a realy big round of aplause!


Tuesday:
Today K and I did Poster Painting on a canvas(Pic 3) and silk screen painting. I also did circus skills.That evening I had a sleepover with R + K we played cards and dares realy late!

Wednesday:

Today I did circus skills again but this time K and H were with me. That night we did the older childrens cabaret and i got sooooo nervous. We sang Mama do by Pixie Lott but H backed out so me and K did it on our own it was really exciting.

Thursday:

Today I started to weave a basket but it was really boring so i went to do drama instead. Later I did circus skills again .

Friday:

It was the last day so all the end of week shows were on today: I was in drama and cirus skills. K was ill today so she couldn't do anything : ( I also made a mask (pic 4). When it was time for the show seeing as I was doing the first two things it was really rushed.

Saturday:

Today we went home.

Wales

A little while ago we went to a Haven in Wales and this is every thing I can remember about it =).
Well we went to Portmerion it was well cool but some of the walks were a bit inaccessible for the buggy. We had a four cheese pizza for lunch in their Itallian cafe. After lunch we watched this realy rubbish film about the village but it kept showing pics and if you were there you could see them first hand. I think it was realy pretty and I have some pics on the camera so I will put them on at a later date =).
On the wednesday that we were there we went to Portmadog and went on a little steam train around some of the mountains. It was very interesting but the journey took three hours!

One day we went to a place called Criccieth and looked at a castle. We played on the beach for a bit and had ice-creams!

We also went to a place called King Arthur's Labrinth wich was in the mines under a mountain and was all about King Arthur (what did you expect). You traveled on a boat a then there was this Audio track playing that told you lots of diferent tales and there were lots of plastic models and cardboard figures to make it more interesting. There was one were the land flooded and a torrent of water rushed down and splashed my Mum and M =)

So that was about my time in wales (not everything 'cos that would go on for years!)

Soz I haven't written in ages and its gonna take a lot of posts to say everything we have done!
First things first we have moved to the lovely house near Market Rasen I have talked about twice before!

and I am soo excited!
Also i needed to write because i wont be able post to for quite a long time (cos we may not have broadband or something.

Kickboxing grading

Hiaa,
a little while ago I took my kickboxing grading!
Its like the next level and you have to perform in front of a pannel of judges!

More about London

Hiaa everybody.
As I said in my last post we have just been to London and now I am going to tell you all about it. It took about four hours to get down there and we stopped at peterborough services on the way. When at last we got there I found out that we were staying in Borehamwood Travelodge.
That night we went out to find somewere to eat and Mum showed were she got married and had lived when she was a student. Then she tried to show us somwere she had eaten but got lost so we decided to have a carvery instead: ).
The next day we were going to London zoo so we drove down to the station but couln't find anywere to park so we went back up to the travelodge and got the lady to call a taxi for us. When it finaly arrived the driver said that his car was to small and that we would have to call a seven-seater instead!
When it arived we went down to the station and traveled to Camdon town and walked to the zoo from there .The zoo was well cool and I had realy good time,

The next day we went to the National Gallery In the morning because I was going to do a project on famous artists( even though afterwards I forgot all of their names :$)

In the afternoon we went to the science museum and played on a rollercoster simulater, set of their fake alarm system and J played in the garden playgroup.

After that we went to Oxford street and had a pizza hut and did some shopping .

The next day we came back home and guess what, we found out that we could move house in a months time! Look at the pics of it,
